The organization of Paris-Roubaix has given away seven wildcards: Four for French teams, two for Belgian and one goes to a Dutch formation.

Cofidis, Direct Energie, Fortuneo-Vital Concept, Delko Marseille Provence KTM, Wanty-Groupe Gobert, Sport Vlaanderen-Baloise and Roompot Nederlandse Loterij will join the 18 WorldTeams that will participate in the race.

The race, known as "The Hell of the North" is one of the most iconic classic races of the WorldTour calendar and will take place on the 9th of April.

For its 115th edition, the organization of the race has decided to reinstate two sectors of cobbles that have not been used since 1987, which takes the number of cobbled sections to 29. In total, the riders will have to pass through 55 kilometers of cobbles, 2.2 more than last year.
