Dylan Groenewegen unbeatable in Ster ZLM Toer

Dylan Groenewegen of LottoNL-Jumbo has won his second stage in a row at the Dutch Ster ZLM Toer. Andre Greipel and Moreno Hofland completed the top three.

Following the flat prologue and first stage, the peloton moved to a hillier course in the province of Limburg for stage three. A group of nine riders formed a breakaway in the early kilometers but was never allowed too much space by LottoNL-Jumbo in the peloton.

The leaders were caught well on time and in the final sprint, Groenewegen once again showed his sprinting abilities by taking his second consecutive victory in this race and at the same time repeating last year's win in this arrival town, Buchten.

Lotto-Soudal riders Andre Greipel and Moreno Hofland finished in second and third place respectively.

Slovenian Primoz Roglic, Groenewegen's teammate at LottoNL-Jumbo, remains in first place in the overall classification.
