ARNAUD DEMARE
FDJ

Arnaud Demare has taken the French National Championships title. The race came to a bunch sprint in which the FDJ rider was the strongest.

Demare had company of his teammates until the last moment and crossed the finish line in first position, leaving Nacer Bouhanni in second place once again.

The result was the same in 2014, when the FDJ sprinter also had the strongest legs for the final meters. Though in 2012, it was Bouhanni who took the victory ahead of Demare.

Jeremy Leveau (Roubaix Lille Métropole), Pierre-Luc Perichon (Fortuneo–Vital Concept) and Florian Senechal (Cofidis) completed the top five of the French road race.
