The 19th stage of the Tour de France was uneventful for the General Classification contenders and Rigoberto Uran of Cannondale-Drapac already has the mind set on Saturday's time trial.

Along with Froome, the Colombian is one of the best time trialists of those that are in the fight for the overall title, and he knows that it can be his day. "Tomorrow is a very important day, and we will have to see what can be done," said the rider to Spanish radio Onda Cero.

Uran has been the time trial champion in his home country and has won one individual time trial in the 2014 Giro d'Italia. "I am at 29 seconds from Froome and anything can happen," he commented.

The stage before the decisive time trial was calm for the peloton, which allowed the escape to get to the finish and avoid any crashes or problems in the last kilometres. "The stage was very long, but we rode pretty well. There was an escape at the beginning, but in the peloton it was very normal. We rode at a high pace following the rhythm of Sky, but things turned out fine," Uran affirmed.
