AG2R La Mondiale extends contracts of three riders

AG2R La Mondiale has announced the contract extension of three riders. Ben Gastauer, Axel Domont and François Bidard will remain at the French World Tour team.

After the extension of the contracts of Romain Bardet, Pierre Latour and Oliver Naesen, the team now announced the renewal of three more riders.

Gastauer will stay at the team until 2020. The Luxembourgian has had constant success at the National Championships, where he has been the Time Trial champion and finished second in the road race several times.

Domont also extended his contract until 2020. The French rider prefers to participate in races in his home country, and during the last Tour de France the team showed confidence in him by selecting him to support Bardet in the mountain stages.

Bidard prolonged his contract with the team until 2019. The rider became a professional in 2016 after being a stagiaire in the French team during two seasons and has already finished two Grand Tours; the 2017 Giro d'Italia and the 2016 Vuelta a España.
