Orica-Scott will target stage stages and a good position in the overall classification at the BinckBank Tour.
Jens Keukeleire and Michael Hepburn will be the riders trying to get a good position in the General Classification of the race. "We are going into this race with realistic goals and objectives," said sport director Laurenzo Lapage. "There is a really good balance throughout the team with experience and strength and as we have shown before when we work together as a team, we can achieve great things."
"Jens has really stepped up this season, with his performances for us and also for the national team, and he merits the support of the squad. To get a good result you need to aim high and alongside a good GC finish we are also targeting stage wins."
Alexander Edmonson will try to get the best spot in the time trial of stage two, while Magnus Cort Nielsen will go for the flatter stages with the help of Roger Kluge and Mitch Docker. Sam Bewley and Simon Gerrans will be going for the final three Ardennes classics-style stages.
"We have a lot of horse power within the team for this race," the director explained. "That power will be important because historically this has always been a challenging race and this year is set to be no different."
"There are stages that suit us quite well and I believe strongly in our collective capabilities. Of course there will be a tough field of competition, and for sure it will be a hard race, but we are looking forward to the challenge of achieving our goals and getting down to some serious racing."
