The ASO has extended its partnership agreements for the organisation of the races Liege-Bastogne-Liege and the Fleche Wallonne for men and women.

Extended agreements have been reached with the Province of Liege and the Royal Cyclist's Pesant Club Liegeois for Liege-Bastogne-Liege. These new agreements include the next six editions of the races, including the Fleche Wallonne Femmes and Liege-Bastogne-Liege Femmes.

Despite the races' focus on maintaining the tradition of the races, a big new change is going to be included in the new editions of the race. The finish line of Liege-Bastogne-Liege will be moved to the heart of the city of Liege, instead of the finish in the hills of Ans, in the outskirts of Liege, where it has been in the last 27 editions.

The finish of the Fleche Wallonne will remain at the top of the Mur de Huy with varying start cities. The start of the 2019 edition of the race will be in the town of Ans.
