Amanda Spratt of Mitchelton-Scott has won the final stage of the WWT Emakumeen XXXI. Bira, which also allowed her to secure the overall victory.

The last of four stages was 120 kilometers long with both the start and the finish located in the town of Iurreta.

'Spratty' launched an attack that allowed her to create a significant gap with the peloton, and ended up crossing the finish line with a comfortable margin of 1'16" on Elisa Longo Borghini of Wiggle High5 and Cogeas rider Olga Zabelinskaya, who were left sprinting for second place.

Another group of six riders, including race leader and Spratt's teammate Annemiek van Vleuten, Anna van der Breggen and Ashleigh Moolman finished at 2'12" from the stage winner.

In the overall classification, Spratt takes the victory at the expense of Van der Vleuten and succeeds last year's winner Ashleigh Moolman as winner of the Basque race.
