The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) has revealed the WorldTour calendar for 2019. This unveiling was made at the Professional Cycling Council that took place in Geneva.

"The major annual series of professional men’s road cycling will span nine months between the second half of January and the end of October," said the UCI in a press release. "The 2019 edition of the UCI WorldTour will take the best riders in the world across 37 events, in 18 countries and four continents."

This calendar for next year has one main change and it is the merging of the Dubai Tour and the Abu Dhabi Tour into a single event that will be called the UAE Tour. This newly created race will take place from the 25th to the 2nd of March and will be six days long.
