Transfer market rumours surface days before any move can be confirmed by teams and riders. Here is an overview of some of the most relevant rumours of the day.

Stefan Küng (BMC)

Even though the continuation of Continuum Sports has been confirmed, it is rumoured that Stefan Küng received offers for next season. L'Equipe has reported that it came down to two formations: AG2R La Mondiale and Groupama-FDJ and that the rider has chosen the latter.

The time trial specialist would join his fellow countryman Sebastien Reichenbach at the French team.

Mikel Landa (Movistar)

It has been reported that the Spaniard is not happy in his current team and that his relationship with Nairo Quintana has gotten worse at the Tour de France. These could be the reasons behind an alleged move of Landa to Astana, L'Equipe reports.

The rider would come back to the Kazakh team under the conditions of being the sole leader in a Grand Tour. Landa joined Movistar at the start of 2018 with a two-year contract.
