Coquard and Laporte in, Bouhanni out for European Championships

European Championships Glasgow 2018
Bryan Coquard (Vital Concept) and Christophe Laporte (Cofidis) are leading the French National team at the European Championships in Glasgow. Nacer Bouhanni has been left out of the selection.
Bouhanni's season continues to disappoint. After failing to make it in Cofidis' selection for the Tour de France, the sprinter has been ignored for the French team that will take part in the European Championships of Glasgow 2018.
Laporte, who was selected instead of Bouhanni for the French grand tour, and Coquard will be the national team's cards in the European Competition. AG2R La Mondiale's Alexis Gougeard and Saint Michel-Auber 93's Yoann Paillot will take part in the time trial event on the eighth of August.
