Soraya Paladin renews contract with Ale-Cipollini

Soraya Paladin has extended her contract with Ale-Cipollini. The rider also received the news of her inclusion for the World Championships with the Italian team.
The selection of the rider for the upcoming World Championships of Innsbruck confirms her good form. The rider has won the last stage and the General Classification at the Giro della Toscana-Memorial Michela Fanini and has been close to the victory at the Grand Prix de Plouay, where she launched a late attack.
Paladin was a key rider for the Italian team at the European Championships in Glasgow and it was with her assistance that Marta Bastianelli took the title.
"Soraya is living an important moment at a personal level and she has been of great help for the team," commented team manager Fortunato Lacquaniti. "The call for the World Championships with Italy and the renewal of her contract are very well deserved."
