Sean Quinn and Kevin Vermaerke sign with Hagens Berman Axeon

Hagens Berman Axeon has announced the signings of Sean Quinn and Kevin Vermaerke. The two young talents join from the juniors team, LUX Development Cycling Team.
Quinn is a 18-year-old American that reached a top-ten result at the junior road race of the World Championships of Innsbruck and has taken the victory at the 2017 Tour of the Gila Cat 1/2 race and achieved top-10 spots in races like the Tour du Pays de Vaud, the LVM Saarland Trofeo and the Course de la Paix Juniors.
"I hope to improve my capacity so that I can begin to compete while also helping the team in longer races," said the rider. "I want to gain as much high-level racing experience as I can."
Vermaerke is a South African of 18 years of age was eight at the Junior road race of the World Championships and has taken top-10 positions in races like the Trofeo Karlesburg, the Omloop van de Maasvallei and the ITT stage of the Tour de Pays de Vaud.
"Next year my goal is to get as much international experience as possible as I focus solely on road racing," commented Vermaerke. "Hagens Berman Axeon has some of the best U23 riders in the world and it will be great to learn as much as possible from the older riders on the team."
