Diego Ochoa has been announced at the seventh signing for Manzana Postobon ahead of the 2019 season. The Colombian arrives from the Continental team EPM.

The 25-year-old makes the move after a successful 2018 in which he got the Bronze medal at the road race of the Colombian National championships and took stage victories in local races like the Clasica el Carmen de Viboral, the Clasica de Marinilla and the Vuelta a Boyaca.

"I arrive with high expectations," Ochoa commented. "I've shown a good level in the 2018 season and I hope to have options in diverse races, bring victories to the team and be of great support for my teammates.

"I believe that this is a great opportunity for me and to do things right in Europe. I think it is convenient to return to the team of Luis Fernando Saldarriaga (with whom he worked in 2014 at the team 4-72 Colombia), he worked with me during two years at the U23 level and knows the terrains that suit me the best and the races in which I can really perform."
