Tour Colombia confirms participation of Vincenzo Nibali and Miguel Angel Lopez for 2019

The Colombian Cycling Federation has confirmed the participation of Bahrain-Merida's Vincenzo Nibali and Astana's Miguel Angel Lopez in the Tour Colombia.
The Tour Colombia, formerly known as Colombia Oro y Paz, will have the presence of big stars in its second edition. After the confirmation of Team Sky's Chris Froome and EF Education First's Rigoberto Uran, the president of the Colombian Federation, Jorge Ovidio Gonzalez, has confirmed the participation of Vincenzo Nibali.
The winner of the Tour de France, the Vuelta a España and twice the Giro d'Italia, will be one of the riders that have decided to include the Colombian 2.1 race as one of the first ones of their calendars.
The race also confirmed the attendance of Miguel Angel Lopez (Astana) who has chosen this race as the first one of his 2019 season.
Team Sky's Egan Bernal was the winner of the first edition of the Colombian race was won by Team Sky's Egan Bernal. The 2019 edition of the race will be held between the 12th and the 17th of February in the Colombian department of Antioquia.
