La Course by Le Tour de France has announced the teams for the 2019 edition of the race. The sixth edition of the women's competition will take place on the 19th of July.

The French race that is linked to the Tour de France will take place in a circuit around Pau for its sixth edition. La Course by Le Tour de France 2019 avec FDJ will use the same route that the men's Individual Time Trial will have in Pau and the women will go through the course five times while the men will do it only once.

Twenty teams will tackle the race, which has gained a prominent name in the women's peloton throughout the years. The riders will face a rolling course after last year it was a mountain race that included the Col de la Colombiere and was won by Annemiek van Vleuten, while Anna van der Breggen and Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio completed the podium.

In accordance with Union Cycliste Internationale rules, the following fifteen UCI Women’s WorldTour are automatically invited to the race:
