Nairo Quintana arrives with brother Dayer, Winner Anacona and Diego Rosa to Arkea Samsic

Arkea-Samsic has confirmed the signing of Nairo Quintana. The French team also announced the signings of Winner Anacona, Dayer Quintana and Diego Rosa.
The French team has finally confirmed what has been rumoured for months: the Colombian rider will make a move to the Pro Continental team at the start of 2020 and with a three-year contract. Quintana will be joined by three riders that have been trusted teammates in the last years: his brother Dayer and his fellow countryman Anacona, along with Rosa -who signs from Ineos.
"Team Arkea Samsic has been improving year after year," said the Colombian rider. "I have been following their development, I got interested in their project and most of all I like their ideology. I think it’s a team in which human values are important, essential, even. I was looking for a team in which I was going to be happy. I think it’s the key to fully blossom professionally.
"My ambitions are the same. Personally, the goal is to fight for victory on the Tour de France. It’s a turning point in my career, a positive one, I’m sure. I’m going to adapt, learn some French, but the most important is that I’m going to continue doing what I love. When I ride my bike I’m happy and in peace. Together, we’re going to do our best with the Arkea-Samsic jersey."
