Sebastian Henao to stay at Team Ineos for two more seasons

Sebastián Henao is extending his stay at Team Ineos for at least two more years and he aims to continue his development in the formation.
The Colombian joined the British team in 2016 and throughout the seasons he has shown growth as a dependable and experienced rider. The 26-year-old tackled two grand tours in 2019 for the first time in his career, where he had the chance to display his talents as support and reliable rider.
"I’m very excited to be able to continue with this great team," Henao commented. "Ever since my first season I have felt like home here – it’s like my second family. All of the team, riders and staff, are incredible to work with and I have learned a lot in my last six years here.
"I favour week-long races and especially the Grand Tours. I want to keep developing and improving my skills in these races. I have more experience now and I’m able to contribute even more to help the team and give my all."
