The young Colombian rider Juan Felipe Osorio has been announced as the last signing for Burgos-BH for the 2020 season.
The rider was part of the Colombian team Manzana Postobon until its disappearance and now he gets a new chance at the Professional Continental level in Burgos-BH. Osorio was the runner-up at the road race of the Colombian championships in 2019 and has achieved top five spots in the Klasika Primavera de Amorebieta and in stages of the Tour of China and the Volta a Portugal.
"I am very happy to be part of this project and to be welcomed into this great family," the Colombian said. "I want to help the team and show my best version in the Burgos-BH, to continue learning of European cycling and from the rest of my teammates."
Julio Andres Izquierdo, team manager of Burgos-BH, commented on the signing of Osorio. "He has reached good positions so far," he explained. "This is a brave bet of the team but without a doubt, he is a rider that can bring us a lot of joy and we hope that he is at the level of our expectations."
The signing of the Colombian rider completed the team for the upcoming season.
