Boels-Dolmans' Jolien d'Hoore and Jumbo-Visma's Dylan Groenewegen are making a contribution in coronavirus crisis times by delivering groceries to those in need.

The Belgian rider -winner of races like the Madrid Challenge by La Vuelta, the Flanders Diamond Tour and the Driedaagse Brugge-De Panne, among others- has offered herself as a shopping deliverer for people that need in the region of Zwalm, East Flanders, Belgium.

"Also in these corona times I like to contribute," she wrote in her Twitter account. "That is why I would like to be a bicycle courier. So if there are elderly or other people that need small groceries, send me a message before Saturday and I will deliver them on Sunday!"

Meanwhile, Dutch sprinter Dylan Groenewegen -winner of four stages of the Tour de France- is doing the same in his home city Amsterdam. He has posted in social media images of him delivering groceries to individuals and families that can't go out due to the Dutch partial lockdown.

"No racing for a while, but time to help," he wrote. "In the coming period, I will deliver groceries by bike to the elderly and care providers who are currently unable to do this themselves."

The people who need the help of the rider can ask for it in https://www.bezorgdezorg.nl/
