Bora-hansgrohe's Gregor Mühlberger and Pascal Ackermann have taken the victories of the two stages of the last day at the Sibiu Tour.

The last day of competition in Romania had two stages, one time trial and a stage with a fast finish. The time trial was 12.5 kilometres long between Curmatura Stezii and Arena Platos over a climbing route in which Mühlberger set a time of 26 minutes and eleven seconds, being more than one minute faster than Matteo Badilatti, who finished the stage in the second position.

Later on the day, Ackermann repeated the feat of the day before and crossed the finish line in the first position ahead of his teammate Michael Schwarzmann and Eduard-Michael Grosu (Mippo Delko One Provence). Mühlberger finished in the first position of the General Classification of the race while his teammate Patrick Konrad stepped on the second position of the final podium.

Israel Start-Up Nation's Matteo Badilatti completed the top three of the Romanian race.
